ETAdvantage Consulting Services focus on the installation and training in the use of NCR Self Service and Image Deposit ATM's. We provide an alternative to using NCR Professional Services. ETAdvantage Consulting Services has years of experience providing these services and will exceed your expectations by providing an excellent customer experience at a very competitive price. The service is provided in two segments: Post Discovery Workshop and Post Installation Services to end users.
ETAdvantage Consulting Services recommends doing the Discovery Workshop and Installation Services on consecutive days to minimize travel expenses. All services are provided on a fee basis plus travel expenses.
Post Sale Discovery Workshop
The Post Sale Workshop includes sections on (1) the executive overview of the solution (2) the operational aspects of the solution and (3) the marketing aspects of the solution. This workshop does an excellent job setting the proper expectations for the customer and assists in creating a seamless and smooth implementation of the solution. The marketing portion of the workshop is presented in a webinar format to take place approximately 3-weeks prior to the first installation to give the marketing department adequate time to create a marketing program for the kickoff of the 1st Intelligent Deposit solution. The remainder of the workshop is presented onsite the day before the 1st installation. This workshop is equivalent to the NCR Professional Services NCR Operational Workshop.
Post Sales Installation Services
The Post Installation Services that ETAdvantage Consulting Services provides are performed to work in concert with the certified NCR technician. On the day of the installation ETACS will assist the NCR certified technician with the "bring live" of the ATM hardware and software including any parameter settings on the image agent. NCR provides the loadable image agent and ETACS will assist in fine tuning the settings if necessary. Also ETACS will assist the technician to train Bank / Credit Union personnel on the proper servicing and replenishment of the cash and check modules of the Intelligent Deposit ATM. After the ATM is up and live ETACS will also assist the Bank / Credit Union personnel on ways to demonstrate the new ATM and its functionality to their customers. This workshop is equivalent to the NCR Professional Services NCR “Bring Live.”
Pre Sale Consulting Services
ETAdvantage Consulting Services provides this service to train sales staff on the most effective way to sell the Intelligent Deposit solution. We can also provide the customer / prospect with an understanding of the value proposition of the Intelligent Deposit Solution.
